9 Limited-Edition Food Products You NEED To Try Before They Sell Out

9 Limited-Edition Food Products You NEED To Try Before They Sell Out
    • From K-pop fried chicken to Doritos from the Upside Down, limited-edition food collabs are taking over menus and snack aisles.
    • Highlights include Jollibee × KATSEYE Korean BBQ, Oreo × Reeses, and Stranger Things × Doritos.
    • Most of these drops are already selling fast! If you want in, grab them before they disappear.

The collab era isn’t just for sneakers and makeup drops; your favorite foods are getting in on the action too. From K-pop fried chicken to Housewives caviar cookies, here are the wildest limited-edition snacks, meals, and sweets hitting shelves right now. Move fast, these won’t be around forever.

Wednesday × Wendy’s

To celebrate Season 2 of Wednesday, Wendy’s rolled out the Meal of Misfortune: 10-piece nuggets, fries, and a “Raven’s Blood” Frosty in sleek goth packaging. Each meal comes with two mystery dipping sauces, because of course, Wednesday Addams couldn’t make life easy. Available nationwide through mid-October.

Wednesday × Cheetos

Thing has officially become a snack “spokeshand.” Cheetos dropped Flamin’ Hot Fiery Skulls, fiery puffs shaped like skulls in limited-edition Wednesday bags. They hit shelves in late July and will haunt snack aisles only while supplies last.

Meredith Marks × Schmackary’s

Housewives fans, this one’s for you. Meredith Marks’ Caviar Cookie is a hand-prepped shortbread with lemon frosting and a bump of her Kaluga caviar. It’s tiny, luxe, and only at Schmackary’s Hell’s Kitchen bakery until the trays are gone.

KATSEYE × Jollibee

K-pop girl group KATSEYE teamed up with Jollibee for a Korean BBQ lineup: glossy soy-gochujang Chickenjoy and a brioche sandwich stacked with cucumber, onion, and cilantro. It’s the first food collab for the group, and fans are ordering ASAP before it’s gone. Spoiler alert: it was really delicious.

Stranger Things × Doritos

Doritos just cracked open the Upside Down with their latest collab, and it’s giving full ’80s energy. The star of the drop is Doritos Collisions Stranger Pizza x Cool Ranch, a mashup bag that pairs classic Cool Ranch with a new Stranger Pizza flavor. Think zesty, herby pizza seasoning dusted on crunchy triangles, colliding with the tangy ranch everyone already loves.

Oreo × Reese’s

Two icons joined forces for double trouble: Reese’s OREO Cups (peanut butter with Oreo crumbs + creme top) and OREO Reese’s Cookies (PB-chocolate creme with Oreo bits). The cups are limited; the cookies join Oreo’s permanent lineup in January.

Takis × Wicked

Ahead of Wicked: For Good, Takis conjured up two versions of their iconic rolled tortilla chip: Emerald Heat and Spellbinding Sweet. Good luck trying to get your hands on this—fans have been desperately trying to locate restocks.

Hot Ones × Popeyes

Popeyes is turning up the heat with three fiery menu items: Sizzlin’ Sriracha Dippers, the Smokin’ Rojo Sandwich, and Darin’ Dab Ghost Wings (yes, featuring The Last Dab). You can find them in U.S. stores now, with bundles starting at $16.99.

Salt & Straw × Taco Bell

Two cult faves created the Tacolate: a hand-pressed taco-cone shell filled with cinnamon-ancho ice cream, dipped in chocolate, and drizzled with Mango Jalapeño or Wildberry Cinnamon sauces. They are available at Salt & Straw scoop shops nationwide and for shipping starting October 3. This is something I would unapologetically wait in line for.

These collabs are fleeting, fun, and totally over the top. If one speaks to your soul, get moving. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
